At RayTech, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not completely happy with your order,

you may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date.
Return EligibilityTo qualify for a return, the item must:
• Be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Be in the same condition it was received
• Include all original accessories (if applicable)
• Not be damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidental damage Non-Returnable ItemsReturns will not be accepted for:
• Items returned after the 7-day return period• Products with physical or liquid damage after delivery
• Items that have been modified, disassembled, or repaired by anyone other than RayTech
• Damage caused by improper use, abuse, or accidental damage

Return ProcessTo request a return, contact us at raytechhq@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. After the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
