At RayTech, we stand behind the quality of our refurbished technology. Every eligible device is professionally tested, cleaned, and inspected to ensure reliable performance. To give our customers peace of mind, we offer a 365-Day Limited Warranty on eligible products.

Warranty Coverage

Our 365-Day Limited Warranty covers hardware defects and functional failures under normal use for eligible laptops, desktops, tablets, and other electronics purchased from RayTech.

If a covered issue occurs during the warranty period, we may:

• Repair the device
• Replace the device with an equivalent model or comparable specifications
• Provide store credit if repair or replacement is unavailable

Coverage begins on the date of delivery.

What Is Covered

The warranty covers:

✔ Hardware failures under normal use
✔ Defective internal components
✔ Device malfunctions affecting normal operation
✔ Charging or power-related hardware failures
✔ Keyboard, trackpad, port, or internal component issues (when not caused by damage or misuse)

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

✖ Accidental damage, drops, cracks, liquid damage, or spills
✖ Physical damage after delivery
✖ Cosmetic wear including scratches, dents, or scuffs
✖ Battery degradation due to normal use and aging
✖ Software problems, viruses, operating system corruption, or user-installed programs
✖ Damage caused by improper use, neglect, unauthorized repair, or modifications
✖ Damage caused by power surges, fire, flooding, or other external events

Battery Policy

Because batteries are consumable components, battery life is not guaranteed for the full warranty period. However, all devices are tested to ensure batteries are functional and hold a charge at the time of sale.

Warranty Claim Process

If you experience an issue:

  1. Contact us at raytechhq@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem.

  2. Our team may provide troubleshooting steps to confirm the issue.

  3. If covered, you may be asked to return the device for inspection.

  4. Once verified, we will repair, replace, or provide an appropriate solution.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

• Devices showing signs of tampering or unauthorized repairs may void coverage.
